These fresh-tasting coconut balls require only a few ingredients.

Ingredients (approx. 15 pcs):

  • 150 g almond flour (1 1/2 cups)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 4 tbsp shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the shredded coconut, then knead into a dough.
  2. Form small balls and roll them in shredded coconut.
  3. Keep refrigerated until serving.
